Serenity announced on the X platform that Sivers Semiconductors (SIVE) latest financial report has revealed a strong growth signal, with the company's revenue opportunity pipeline increasing to approximately $1.2 billion, a 268% growth from December 2025.
Sivers had previously disclosed that the Q1 2026 pipeline was $799 million, so the latest data implies a further significant expansion of the pipeline size.
Sivers expects that as multiple customer projects gradually enter the mass production stage, the transition of resources from NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) projects to product mass production will begin to show results in Q4 2026 and accelerate further in 2027.
The company is currently in the customer certification and production ramp-up phase, with quarterly revenue of approximately $5.64 million and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $3.72 million.
Serenity believes that the focus now should be on whether Sivers' substantial potential revenue pipeline can be converted into actual orders and scaled revenue, especially the realization of income from multiple customer projects entering volume production in 2027.
Sivers officials have also stated that the company is strategically allocating resources around the 2027 product ramp-up and sees it as a key stage in the business model's transition to product-driven growth.
